won 1 v 0 at Sunderland today. Very fortunate as we didn't score the goal until the last minute. And Sunderland were very much the better team. Which is scary as Sunderland are bottom of the league.
So folks, here in Scotland we are less than 5 hours from 2006. And of course Scotland is THE place to be to welcome in the new year.
Son and daughter-in-law are coming over later and maybe some friends; one thing I miss from my home city of Liverpool is the sound of ships' hooters at midnight.
I've got so much good stuff to remember from'05 and I know that '06 will be a blessing also.
