A lazy Saturday morning -

for me.

Kriss and our visitor Ian have gone off into Elgin. Kriss has decided to regularly buy our vegetables from the Saturday morning market. We just came to the realisation that we need to support local farmers as much as we can. We have a number of national supermarkets in the town but we have just got bored with the sanitised produce that they sell.

Thursday night was good for both of us. Cell went well and Kriss felt blessed in her leading of it. It was defenitely Holy Spirit led as Kriss didn't need to prompt people to share or pray. People are starting to open up and feel safe in the cell.

My meeting went well and I was able to to give a good overview of being a man in childcare. My short talk seemed to be well received and hopefully it will help people to accept more men into childcare.

Time with Pastor Louise was very revealing - not sharing from that to any great degree but we feel that we are starting to identify certain incidents & relationships from my childhood that are influencing my relationship with God.

Everton are away at Birmingham City this afternoon. They are struggling near the bottom of the league as well as us, so it really is an important game. We really need to win but I guess a draw would not be too bad.

Haven't posted on my testimony blog for a while but will do so after our church AGM which is on Tuesday. I may not post at all until after Tuesday as I need to spend time making sure that everything is ok for my treasurers report.

Kriss travels south tomorrow and will be able to spend time with our daughter and then will travel over to St. Andrews in the evening. She is staying at the St. Andrews Bay Hotel.

I need to get on with the report for the AGM.
