1 v 3 today, to our city rivals Liverpool. Each team had a player sent off and listening to the radio commentary it seemed to be quite a passionate match! Ah well, it's only football but I'll have to deal with at least one parent on Monday morning who is a Liverpool supporter. She is ok though and we will have a laugh and a joke about it but it will still be annoying! LOL!
Kriss is speaking at tomorrow evening's worship service so that message will be on at PinetreeHouse on Monday. We are having a Tearfund morning tomorrow at church. We will have a presentation by our Tearfund rep and after the service we will have a soup lunch and donate the price of our normal Sunday lunch to Tearfund.
This evening we are going swimming for the first time in ages! Friends of ours are members at the gym/leisure club at a local hotel and we are going to have a look with a view to joining. You pay a monthly fee and you can go as often as like; plus you can use the gym and then go for a swim without paying extra. There is also a hot tub. So hopefully a good relaxing evening followed by a meal out somewhere.
Pastor Dave and family are over in Spain at the moment. One daughter is living and studying over there and it was her 21st birthday on Wednesday and it is Pastor Dave's 50th tomorrow. Happy birthday Dave.
Well that's all for now from a disappointed Everton supporter but it is nearly Sunday and it will be great to get together with my brothers and sisters in Christ to worship God and give Him all the glory! Amen.
